Erin may have been banned because she shares the same Internet provider as a douchebag who has been logging on repeatedly and hassling other artists, as explained here. [link] . Because many Internet providers have to give a user a different IP address every time (s)he logs on, DA has no choice but to ban entire ranges if IP addresses, effectively banning everyone who accesses from a certain Internet provider. It is most regrettable, but necessary.

I had a feeling that !koolbeans19 made a voluntary account closure request especially since she adhered to the rules really well. She left dA after her subscription expired.

Her last recorded activity on her account was on the 16th of March. You can tell by looking at the history of that account in the Internet Archive.
